Terms and conditions of sale
1. VALIDITY OF SALE TERMS
1) The terms of sale apply to purchase of products between TOILI OÜ (register code: 10456406, phone: +372 5056055, email :info@concprot.com) online store customer (hereinafter reffered to as “customer”) and TOILI OÜ (hereinafter reffered to as online store concprot.com).
2) In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the online store concprot.com are regulated by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
3) The online store concprot.com reserves the right to make changes to the terms of sale. These changes are reflected on the website concprot.com.
2. PRICE INFORMATION
1) The products are sent to Omniva or Itella Smartpost parcel machine according to the price list of the service provider. Read more about shipping in section 6 and under “Shipping”.
2) If the order has been submitted before the conditions of sale or prices have changed, the legal relations between the customer and the online store concprot.com shall be governed by the conditions in force at the time of placing the order.
4) The online store concprot.com reserves the right to make changes in sales prices. These changes are reflected on the website concprot.com.
5) All the prices are in euros.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
1) concprot.com website it is possible to pay with Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank and PocoPay bank links.
2) All payments are made in euros and deducted from the payer’s account in euros.
3) Payments for bank links are mediated by Maksekeskus AS on the basis of an agreement
4) The online store is in control of personal data. To complete payment, online store transfers the payment info to Maksekeskus AS.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
1) Add desired products to the cart.
2) To place an order, click on the “Checkout” link in the shopping cart
3) On the ordering page, fill in the required data fields correctly, because the accuracy and correctness of the provided information depends on the fast and smooth shipping of the products and the subsequent possible settlement of disputes and claims. When registering a customer account, information about it will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the data.
3) Indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms of Sale and place an order by clicking on the button with this name.
4) You will be billed for payment. You can view your invoice at any time by logging in to your client account. The invoice will also be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the Customer’s data.
5) Orders placed in the online store are processed on working days (Mon – Fri 10.00–18.00). If the order is submitted on Friday after 3 pm, the order will be placed the following Monday.
5. SALES AGREEMENT
1) Sales agreement requires online store concprot.com to give or aquire product for the customer of online store concprot.com, enable the transfer of ownership to the Customer, while the Customer is required to pay the online Store concprot.com the invoice
2) Sales agreement is set after payment made by the customer has been sent to online store concprot.com bank account.
6. SHIPPPING
1) Products will be shipped to following countries: Estonia
2) Afrer the sales agreement has been set, online store concprot.com guarantees the delivery of the order to the customer and hands it over to the company’s logistics partners for shipping.
3) Delivery time is 1-3 days on average. In exceptional cases, the maximum possible delivery time is up to 45 calendar days.
4) The delivery terms indicated on the online store are valid from the moment the order payment has been transfered to online store concprot.com bank account.
5) In order to deliver without delay, care must be taken and true and valid data must be provided when entering the delivery data when placing the order.
6) Online store concprot.com is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of product if the they have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond the control of the online store concprot.com.
7) Shipping method – The delivery time is 1-3 days on average.
Ordering to Omniva parcel machine – 3 €
When package arrives to parcel machine, SMS message is sent to your phone with the location of the parcel machine and the door code.

7. RIGHT OF RETURN
1) After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days. If the products are defective or do not comply with the product description on the concprot.comwebsite, the withdrawal costs will be paid by the online store concprot.com.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the initial delivery cost related to the return of the product will be paid by concprot.com.
2) Upon receipt of the goods, make sure that the packaging is intact. Before signing the accompanying document, please make sure that the packaging of the goods is intact. Claims will not be satisfied later. The returned goods must be unused, complete and in the original packaging, the packaging must not be broken or damaged. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the customer must handle and use the goods only as he would normally be allowed to do in the shop.
3) In order to return the products, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the product must be submitted, which can be submitted in a free form and sent to the address info@concprot.com no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
4) Customer concprot.com has to return the goods immediately after the submission of the application or no later than within the following 14 days or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the logistics company within the said period.
5) Online shop concprot.com upon receipt of the withdrawal application, will return the amount paid for the goods no to the customer no later than within 14 days.
6) To return the product, a withdrawal notice must be sent to the e-mail address info@concprot.com.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
1) The online store concprot.com is not liable for damages caused to the customer or delay in delivery of the goods if the damage or delay in delivery of the goods is due to circumstances beyond the control of the online store concprot.com.
9. COMPLAINTS
1) The 2-year term for submission of a claim provided for in § 218 (2) of the LPA applies to the products sold by the online store concprot.com.
2) In the event of a defect, the customer must submit a claim to concprot.com no later than two months after the defect occurs, attaching a digital or paper invoice on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid for.
3) The online store concprot.com is not responsible
– fault on the part of the purchaser as a result of defects in the product resulting from non-compliance with the instructions for use of the product, improper or improper use and storage of the product,
– for normal wear and tear of the product.
4) In case of non-compliance or defects of the product, please send a complaint to the e-mail address info@concprot.com, stating the name of the orderer, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the non-compliance or defect of the product.
5) All claims will be reviewed and the customer will be contacted as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the receipt of the claim.
10. THE BUYER’S RIGHT TO ACCESS THE EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMER DISPUTE PLATFORM
1) If the customer has any complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@concprot.com.
2) If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural conditions can be examined and an application submitted HERE. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the customer and the online store. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
3) The customer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
